FR flexible insulated wire is manufactured by high speed latest machinery. The wire manufactured using 99.97% high purity electrolytic grade copper. Better conductivity of copper ensures saving in the electricity energy and also restrict from the over heating of the wire.
Falcon flexible wire is made of multiple strands of fine annealed copper wire which makes this cable more flexible, which helps in laying in the conduits installation. Falcon FR wires are insulated with a fire retardant PVC compound , specially formulated by famous and renowned manufacturer.
This FR PVC compound has a high oxygen and temperature index. This insulation does not melt easily and helps in restricting the spread of fire even at very high temperature. This special compound also ensures high insulation resistance which also prevents the leakage of current.
The ISI:694 marked wires meet the all required specification. This Fire retardant properties ensures extra protection against electrical shocks, short circuits and fires and electrical hazards.
